MEMBERSHIP FORM
While my internship at The Printing Museum, one of my tasks was to update the museum's membership form. The old form had the membership information and sign-up form together, making it impossible for the customer to keep the sheet if he/she was filling out the form. To fix that problem, I decided to add the membership information at the top of the sheet and then create a detach line that separated the fill out form so the customer could fill it out, cut it out, and keep the required information.
MEMBERSHIP FORM INSERT
The membership form insert follows the same idea of the membership form. The form would be inserted in the museum's brochure so the space I had to work with was further reduced. Because I had less space to work with, I used both the front and back of the paper, but kept the same keep both sections separate like I did with the membership form.
